Refund and Returns Policy
All claims for shortage, damage, or shipment errors must be made within seven (7) days after receipt of the shipment. When a claim has been accepted, at our discretion, we shall credit your account for the invoice amount of the accepted claim or replace the material. Returns due to incorrect orders or over-season items must be pre-authorized by Igloo Designs Inc. and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
